Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. Please let us know in advance about allergies, vegetarian preferences, or other dietary needs. We'll adjust the tour accordingly. We cannot accommodate vegan diet on this tour.

  • Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your tour. Cancellations with less notice are non-refundable, but we'll work with you to reschedule if possible.

  • Absolutely. Most of our tours are couples or small groups of 3-4. Private means private - it's just you and us.

  • Yes, families are welcome. The tour involves about 3 km of walking over 4 hours with multiple sitting breaks. Best suited for kids who can walk comfortably and are open to trying new foods.

  • The tour runs rain or shine. Most of our stops are indoors, and we'll adjust the route if needed. Bring an umbrella and comfortable shoes.

  • About 3 - 3,5 kilometers (around 2 miles) over 4 hours, all on flat terrain. We walk between stops but sit down to eat at most places. Comfortable shoes recommended.

  • No. You'll eat the equivalent of a full meal - coffee and pastries, pizza, cold cuts and cheese, pasta, and gelato. Most people skip lunch entirely.

  • English and French.

  • Within reason, yes. If you have specific food interests or places you'd like to see, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

  • Morning tours typically start at 10:00 AM. We can accommodate other times for private bookings - just ask!

  • We run tours most days, but our calendar is limited by design. Book in advance to secure your preferred date.
